The Casco Bay Flotilla presents courses that are offered by the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. We do this in conjunction with Southern Maine Community College's - Continuing Studies CoursesOur classes start at the college in February and September of each year. The college starts taking registration on the first Monday of December for courses that start in February/March and the first Monday in August for courses that start in September at 207-741- 5758 and registration remains open through the second nights class.   We offer Basic/Advanced Coastal Navigation and Boating Skills and Seamanship at the college.    February semester we also offer Sailing Skills & Seamanship at the College.

To register for a course you have to register before the first night class at the location of the course.  There is no at the door registration.  It is our policy not to give out any material for any course until a student has registered for the course.

Please Note: "In the event of a cancellation of one or more public education classes, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Casco Bay Flotilla, a good faith effort will be made to make up those classes missed or cancelled. If necessary, at our discretion, we may be forced to cancel the course completely. However, in no event will there be any refunds of all or part of the tuition."
